Delivery within the EU and Switzerland. Other countries on request.
Our shipping partner is DHL.
DHL domestic
For delivery within Germany by DHL (insured shipping), shipping costs of € 5.50 will be charged.
Delivery within Germany is free of charge for orders over €100.
DHL abroad
For deliveries to other EU countries via DHL (insured shipping), shipping costs of €15.50 will be charged.
Delivery to Switzerland costs €17.50
Delivery abroad is free of shipping costs from an order value of € 200.
Delivery times
approx. 1-4 working days within Germany
approx. 2-6 working days within other EU member states
Delivery times may be longer during certain seasons and discount campaigns.
Please note that there is no shipping or delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
